23rd May 2026 was a good day at Siddhartha Institute of Pharmacy, Dehradun. The campus hosted a Pool Campus Placement Drive in collaboration with Nature Care Lifesciences a research-based Herbal and Nutraceutical company associated with Ayur Rachna Research Foundation. For D.Pharm and B.Pharm students, this was not just a recruitment event it was their first real step into the pharmaceutical industry.
What Made This Drive Special
Nature Care Lifesciences is not your average pharma company. Being a research-driven herbal and nutraceutical organisation, it works at the intersection of traditional Ayurvedic science and modern pharmaceutical research. Getting placed with such a company means students are stepping into a sector that is growing rapidly across India and globally the herbal and natural healthcare market.
The role on offer was Medical Representative one of the most sought-after entry-level positions in the pharmaceutical sector. It is a role that builds product knowledge, communication skills, doctor relationships, and a deep understanding of how the pharma industry actually operates on the ground.
