Regarding B.Pharm Examination Form Filling

All B.Pharm students are hereby informed that the examination form filling process for the Even Semester Examination 2025-26 will begin from 16 May 2026. Students are advised to complete the form submission process within the prescribed dates.

Students may also fill examination forms for both odd-semester and even-semester subjects, if applicable.

Important Instructions:
• Submit a hard copy of the examination form along with the examination fee receipt to the Pharmacy Department for institute-level verification.
• The examination form filling process will remain open from 16 May 2026 to 18 May 2026.

Students are requested to complete all required formalities before the last date.
