The potential employers are shortlisted on the basis of students discipline, their interests and market research. They are then contacted and invited to the campus in accordance with our accepted policy and priorities. It fulfils dual purposes, one for students securing their future career and industry securing the best fresh talent available in the region.
Industrial training is an integral element of the curriculum, designed to familiarize students with real-world professional environments. During their 6 to 8 week training period, students are mentored by industry experts and their learning is consistently monitored by faculty
Students undertake projects that align with the contemporary needs and challenges of the industry. Faculty members maintain regular interaction with industry professionals to ensure the effective and successful execution of these projects
“In collaboration with student organizations, the Career Services Department or the concerned domain departments arrange expert lecture sessions aimed at enhancing students’ awareness of contemporary industry developments. These sessions also assist in bridging the gap between industry practices and theoretical knowledge for both students and faculty.”
“During every semester, students participate in industry visits to pertinent industrial sites across different regions. These visits are intended to enhance their understanding of the extensive practical utilization of theoretical knowledge.”
“Multiple initiatives are undertaken to orient students to prevailing industry expectations. Supplementary seminars are conducted each semester to enrich students’ proficiency in literature surveys, personality development, group discussions, and presentation skills. Additionally, access to technological tools is provided to facilitate the enhancement of communication skills.”
