Placement Cell

The Siddhartha Group's Placement Cell is in charge of placing all students and preparing them to handle the demands of the corporate world stress-free and successfully. The training and placement of students has been effectively handled by the institute. Students in the institute have a sense of confidence in their futures. It has been working methodically to set up industrial visits, guest lectures, seminars, appropriate summer training, and dissertation work for the students.

Internships

In the Siddhartha Group, internships are extremely demanding and tightly supervised activities. Businesses from several pharmaceutical sectors are involved in providing students with hands-on learning opportunities. A faculty mentor meets with the student on a regular basis to discuss progress. Completed work is continually reviewed and graded.

Industry Visits

At Siddhartha Group, regular industry visits are arranged with a pre-defined objective given to the students relating to their curricular understanding in order to impart experiential learning, develop a broader perspective in students, and expose them to various industries while forcing them to interact with industry professionals to invoke their critical thinking and problem solving skills. Students engage with professionals in the field throughout the day-long visit, gaining insight into the day-to-day operations, technologies, and business environment.
