B.B.A .LL.B or Bachelor of Business Administration & Bachelor of Legislative Law course is an integrated course that combines the study of business administration and law. It is a trending course among students who want to pursue a career in business law, corporate law, or litigation, and on completion of this course, aspirants are awarded a professional degree. The duration of a BBA LLB course is five years.
BBA LLB is a versatile degree that not only prepares candidates for business administration but also gives relevant information in the field of law. The majority of candidates who pursue this course are also pursuing other professional courses such as CMA, CS, or CA. Such candidates can learn the nuances of business or corporate law by pursuing this course. Moreover, this course is very rewarding and helps in building connections in the field of business. Hence, this is a popular course amongst students.
In the first two years of the course, students study subjects such as accounting, finance, economics, business management, and contract law. In the third and fourth years, they study more specialized subjects such as Corporate Law, Taxation Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Criminal Law.
BBA LLB eligibility is that the candidate must have cleared 10+2 with a minimum 45 percent aggregate, in case of General or OBC students. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage should be 40%.
